SIGN UP (BY APRIL 16) FOR THE MAY 21st PROGRAM: CHRYSANTHEMUM BONSAI
Several members have already signed up to participate in this program. Each person who signed up chose a species of Dwarf Chrysanthemum (5 to choose from). Each person ordered at least 5 of their chosen species and these will be woven together for a larger trunk. To participate in this unique program, the cost is $20 for the 5 seedlings and $4 for each additional seedling. They come from Kings Mums in California (https://www.kingsmums.com). Go to their site and check out the ‘Gnome’ varieties. (Please also view the attached PDF.) They are Crystal Falls, Hatsune, Chidori, Lotoi No Kaori, Yukari. Be sure to read the description of each before choosing. These plants are shipped to Martha as seedlings and she will pot them up (they are sent bare-rooted). In May we will talk about styles and begin the trunk weaving. Those taking the workshop must sign up now and pay in full by April 16th. You may pay by cash, check or credit card.
